Each buyer will be responsible for the design and construction of the building and all improvements on their respective units, subject to architectural design approval by Edison Landing. As the plans for the development have moved forward, Edison Landing is happy to be working closely with Grand Valley State University, the City of Muskegon and the other organizations represented on the SmartZone board, including the Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce, Muskegon Area First, Muskegon County, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and a number of community leaders.
